Our Standard Shipping rates apply to the 48 continental states. Sorry we don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Neither do we ship internationally.
Our standard shipping charges apply to most orders. However, we assess an additional shipping charge for large or heavy items even if shipping weight does not exceed 30 lbs. Large orders, heavy, and oversized items will require additional shipping charges. Orders exceeding 30 lbs may be shipped in two or more packages and should be estimated separately for the most accurate total. Items that are advertised with "FREE SHIPPING" are only for the 48 continental states. Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico

Returns and Exchanges  
  You may return any unopened item within thirty (10) days of delivery for a full credit of the purchase price, minus shipping and handling charges. Opened product can be returned only if item is defective. All returns must include a letter explaining the reason for the return.

In the event of a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will be more than happy to replace the item and/or correct the mistaken shipment. We offer complete satisfaction on all items purchased. Full credit will be extended on items returned in the original package, with receipt, within 30 days.

Notify us in advance prior to making your return as we may be able to resolve the issue you have with your product before incurring additional shipping costs.
To return an item to our company, please follow the steps below
1. Include your order number and item number of the product you wish to return
2. Write a note explaining whether you want an exchange or a return
    (if it's an exchange, be sure to specify what you want to exchange it for).
3. Let us know why you are returning the item
4. Make sure your name and contact information are with the return (or make a copy of your invoice).
5. All items must be returned in good condition.
6. (1) ship only with a delivery service that requires the recipient's signature; or
(2) mail with USPS and: (a) always buy insurance and/or delivery confirmation from the post office; or (b) have the delivery registered or certified at the post office, so that the recipient/buyer is required to sign for it.
