TERMS - NET 30 DAYS:
Accounts past 30 days are subject to a 1-1/2% per month service charge. Accounts over 60 days are put on C.O.D. We have no minimum charge, which will help serve your small needs. Due to our no minimum and low prices, we do not offer cash discounts.

CREDIT CARD ORDERS:
We accept, Master card, Visa, & American Express and Discovery. Please provide us with your name, account number, expiration date, and your phone number. This will allow your order to be processed immediately.

DELIVERY:
Our trucks deliver free of charged in the Los Angeles area with a $50.00 minimum purchase. Orders not meeting the $50.00 minimum will be charged $5.00 Out of the area orders are F.O.B. South El Monte, California. We ship via UPS, PARCEL POST, COMMON CARRIER, and AIR, worldwide.

QUOTATIONS:
We will be happy to furnish you with quotations. All quotations are guaranteed for 30 days.

PRICES:
We do our best to offer the lowest prices for quality merchandise. All prices are subject to change without notice, since our sources also have this policy. Due to unstable prices, please call for current correct prices. Typographical errors are subject to correction. DAMAGED, LOST, OR SHORT SHIPMENTS: UPS-Notify your local UPS office immediately. Advise us so that we can reship the merchandise. Keep damaged goods and containers until advised to dispose. MOTOR FREIGHT- The shipper is not responsible for merchandise damaged or lost by motor freight carriers. If your shipment is damaged or short by one or more packages,
the shortage must be written on receivers copy of the freight bill by driver. If you accept a short or damaged shipment from the delivering carrier without proper notation by his agent, you do so at your own risk.

FINANCING AND LEASING:
In house financing at competitive rates is available on approved credit. Leasing is arranged through leasing companies.

We do not warrant or represent that the equipment we sell complies with the provisions of any law, particularly including the Walsh Healy Public Contracts Act and the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, and regulations promulgated thereunder, unless the manufacturer so warranties.
